Toni Patillo is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience and the founder of Journey Beyond Fifty. She has spent her career at the head of the industry's hardest transactions: probate, trust, estate, divorce, downsizing, senior transitions, and inherited property across Southern California. Those are the decisions made at the hinge points of a life, and for a quarter century she has led them with clarity, strategy, and care.
Her credentials reflect both depth of practice and breadth of teaching. Toni holds a California Broker license and is an SRES Instructor and an eXp Certified Mentor. She is also one of the world's first 42 AI Certified Agents of KREM Ai, a top marketing company in the United States that specializes in artificial intelligence.
